Toilet Paper Production Process

Waste paper → hydraulic pulper → pulp pump → high frequency vibrating screen → rinsing machine → grinding machine → sedimentation plate → pure pulp → steady pulp box → net slot → finished paper roll.

Finished paper roll → rewinder (rewinding punched embossed, large volume rewinding into a small volume) → Slitter (cut into different specifications length) → packaging products.

<Note>: the boiler is to play the role of heat, into the dryer to play the role of dry paper.
